Flavour Journey Evenings
At HC Catering, we suggest customers attend a Flavour Journey Evening. It’s a great way to meet our team, discuss your event, see the food preparation & cooking in our woodfire oven, see how we present the food, & of course, taste it! We try to tailor the menu on the night, to include both items already on your quotes, plus items you may not have considered!
The amount for two people to attend these nights, will be refunded to you on your final invoice if you book with HC Catering, so it ends up being free, if your event is $3000 or higher.
Cost: $80 per person.

Comedy Nights!
Friday 22.05.26- Troy Kinne at Slovenian Club
Troy is best known for his eponymous TV shows Kinne Tonight and Kinne, which was nominated for a Logie.
Experience this uniquely Australian multimedia auteur live at our little chuckle hut just outside Eltham. We’ll also have some ripper support acts to get the night going. And they won’t use big words like “eponymous” and “auteur”.
Get in early for pre-show food and drink from Hot Coals Catering, who have won some awards themselves! You can purchase food when you buy tickets.

Flavour Journey – Imbue
An elevated night of indulgence awaits on Friday 5th June 2026 at beautiful Hurstbridge Haven, as HC Catering and Imbue Distillery come together for the IM’BUE’ZY Flavour Journey Evening. Enjoy a carefully curated feast where exceptional food meets premium handcrafted spirits, with each course designed to complement and enhance the next. This special “Boozy Chef” experience brings together a Master Chef and Master Distiller for a night of refined flavours, warm atmosphere, and memorable moments to savour.

Easthill Estate
Come relax, experience the impressive vineyard vistas, great music, the essence of local connectedness and of course, our bespoke wine! Tastings, wine-flights, glasses and bottles of wine for sale, an Easthill Estate cocktail line-up, and a variety of boutique beers. Delicious ‘shared food’ options provided by yours truly. Four legged loves are welcome too.
Cellar door open from 12.30pm.
